The CVC begins it annual giving campaign for all government employees. PAL is grateful to benefit from these generous donors. We will have an information table at the September 22nd and October 4th CVC Charity Fairs. http://cvc.vipnet.org/donors.htm The Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign (CVC) is the tool that facilitates State Employee workplace giving. This site is provided as a resource for charities, campaign volunteers, donors, and people who want to be more involved in their communities. More than 20,000 employees annually support their favorite charities through the CVC. This page includes links to valuable information about the CVC, including our e-application to participate in the campaign. Please note that this application is only live from March 1 to April 30. If you miss the deadline, we will welcome your application next year.
Pens for PAL Program Prevent a Litter is now offering a variety of beautifully hand made pens for sale. Price varies according to material and workmanship. Each pen comes with its own box, a small sample of the original material and certificate of authenticity. Please see the example below. 	We need "STUFF"! We are accepting toys, bikes, houseware, small furniture, appliances, and electronics (no books or clothing please) as well as all kinds of "pet stuff" for our yard sales. You may bring your donations (we do ask that they be in good condition) to our clinic any Monday thru Saturday 10AM to 4PM. We collect donations all year round!
Donate Your Empty Dog or Cat Food Bags! We would love to have your used pet-food bags so we can make tote bags out of them! They must be the woven plastic type. We will sew tote bags out of them and sell them to raise money for Prevent A Litter! *They work great for shopping and help the environment too!* Please consider stopping by and purchasing one or more of these bags for your person use.
